1. Eligibility: This competition is open to all recipients who are 18 years or older and complete our online birthday competition form.
2. Entry Period: Entries will be accepted online starting from 22nd May 2024 and ending on 31st May 2024. All online entries must be received by 11:59 PM AEST on 31st May 2024.
3. How to Enter: The competition must be entered by submitting an entry using the online form provided on the Made Neat website. The entry must fulfil all competition requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize.
4. Additional Entries: Entrants who are following the Made Neat LinkedIn Company Page at the time of entry will automatically receive a second entry into the competition.
5. Prizes: Winners will receive one of the following:
– 7 Hosting Plans valued at $360/year per site
– 7 Security Plans valued at $2640/year per site
– 1 Project Credit worth $7,000 each
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
6. Winner Selection and Notification: Winners will be selected by a random drawing under the supervision of Made Neat. Winners will be notified via email within five (5) days following the selection of winners. Made Neat shall have no liability for a winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for winners’ provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.
7. Publicity: By entering this competition, you consent to Made Neat publicising your name, company name, and LinkedIn profile URL as a winner. You also agree to participate in case studies to showcase your business working with Made Neat.
8. Communications: Winners agree that all public communications regarding Made Neat and their experiences will be of a positive nature, without defamation, and that language will be kept clean and respectful.
9. Rights Granted by You: By entering this competition, you understand and agree that Made Neat, anyone acting on behalf of Made Neat, and Made Neat’s licensees, successors, and assigns shall have the right, where permitted by law, to use the entrant’s name, company name, and LinkedIn profile URL without further notice or compensation.
10. Terms: Made Neat reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the competition should a virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Made Neat’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the competition.
11. Limitation of Liability: By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Made Neat and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from participation in the competition and/or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof.
12. Privacy Policy: Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on the Made Neat website.
13. Disputes: This competition is governed by the laws of Australia, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. As a condition of participating in this competition, the participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this competition, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Australia having jurisdiction.
